Coaching Plans

Coaching, like shoe selection, is specific to each athlete—there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Training plans should be tailored to the individual, considering not only their athletic goals but also the realities of their lives beyond running. I prioritize the person first and the athlete second, fostering a holistic approach. When you trust the process and believe in people, they are empowered to achieve success.

I don’t offer tiered plans with restrictions. It is the same treatment for each individual. Plans are personalized for each athlete.

What you can expect:

  • Free full vdot training plan access desktop/mobile

  • Schedule provided for 1-2 weeks at a time.

  • 2-3 x per week feedback on training.

  • Links to running strength training from running specific physical therapists.

  • Initial onboarding call and goal setting

  • Unlimited text and email

  • Prerace calls

  • Race and workout nutrition guidance

  • cost: $130/12 month. $145/6 month. Monthly after initial commitment met.
