Hi, I’m Amber Morrison .

My athletic journey began with soccer, where I was an avid ball chaser through college. My love for running came later when a friend signed me up for a half marathon. After that race, I was hooked. Twenty years later, my running career has been filled with miles, challenges, and growth. From competing in masters national 5K championships to narrowly missing the Olympic trials standard in the marathon, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing the highs and lows of this sport.

Running requires focus and dedication, but it’s equally important to embrace who we are beyond the sport. For me, that means being a physician assistant, flower farm owner, and dog mom. Balancing my roles as a professional and business owner has taught me how to integrate running into a busy life while continuing to pursue success. While most of us may not have the luxury of dedicating our lives solely to training, we can still share the same passion for running and its ability to inspire and transform.

Why I coach……..

When I was searching for a coach, I struggled to find someone who could adapt a training schedule to fit my unique lifestyle. I didn’t work a standard Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 job. My days were long, sometimes nights and weekends, and that was before factoring in the time I spent on my farm. I needed someone who could look at my life as a whole and adjust the plan to meet my personal needs.

There are many coaches who can write a plan, but true success comes when the entire picture is considered. I want to help you achieve your goals through a holistic perspective—not just focusing on who you are as a runner or your accolades, but who you are as a person. Together, we can create an incredible journey with running.

I coach because I believe it should always be about the person first and the athlete second.
